( SMRP BV ). This would be the 21st acquisition from the Samvardhana Motherson Group & is intended to further bolster Motherson's offerings in the automotive interiors space.Reydel's interiors output portfolio includes instrument panels, door panels, console modules, decorative portions & cockpit modules.At present, Reydel has 20 manufacturing facilities. The Inc. has presence in 16 countries & is supported by a workforce of approximately five,650 associates."The acquisition would able both companies to capitalise on Fresh opportunities in their existing & Fresh geographies, as well as within each others' customer portfolios", Motherson said in a statement.Reydel's income for the year ended Dec 31, 2017 was $ one,048 mn & EBITDA was $ 68 mn (provisional, & in accordance by America GAAP)."by world class Growth capabilities & powerful customer relationships, we found great alignment by our existing offerings at Motherson," said Vivek Chaand Sehgal, Chairman, Samvardhana Motherson Group, adding, "The synergistic combination of complimentary portfolios going to innovate a stronger business.
