The National Automotive Technology Competition puts High School Students under the Hood
according to ever ever 1993, The NY International Auto display has been a backdrop for the National Automotive Technology Competition, a programme used to educate students in the path of becoming a technician. After a series of regional & state-standard competitions, a better of a better automotive students are given the chance to evidence themselves in NY. The premier of these is the "Workstation defy," where each team is quizzed on their knowledge of equipment, vehicle components, & measuring instruments. Students are too judged on job interview skills during this part of the competition, & the Workstation defy accounts for 60 % of a team's total score.
